we had a fun day of singing, eating, opening gifts and walking in the cold air along the river. we leave in the morning to visit my family on montauk for another celebration. morgana helped me finish last minute wrapping touches and now i must get some sleep for i'm driving tomorrow. greg has no more vacation days to come with us. he'll stay home, go to work and hold down the fort, which entails looking after the cats and making sure they don't destroy anything. the twelve days now begin. have a wonderful christmas. i'll probably post more about this day when we return.
