korrina brought out my white asparagus soup herself. it was incredibly delicious with mussels and roasted hazelnuts, sprouts and nasturtium.
korrina has told us all about the desserts. this is a molassis cake with dates and creme fraiche. this is what i would like to have for breakfast every morning!
caramel pudding with whipped cream and almonds. the tea is local bellocq tea: afghan chai and mint.
greg's dessert: devil's food cake with citrus marshmallow and whipped cream.
she's been enjoying working with everyone. they were all very nice and it was great to meet them.
we took a walk before going home . . the moon was beginning to rise.
