tuesday morning

this was a delicious loaf of bread i bought from the whitney museum's cafe. it was especially good with the muenster cheese and (lots of) butter. this is actually a photo from march.

lately i've been feeling so tired in the mornings . . i get out of bed and feel exhausted. there's just so much going on, and if we're not in the midst of the horror, then we're exhausted from trying to stop it in our small and large ways.

morning thoughts

the mornings have been cool which is a balm to new yorkers, but greg just said that starting tomorrow we will have a heat advisory again, from 11 am to 8 pm.
i composted these flowers on saturday when they had succumbed to time.
i'm feeling very tired this morning. i have too many worries. i think too many people have too many worries.
i'm working on my florida posts. greg and i had a fun time but were happy to be back in the city again. i love that feeling when one's home feels new and unexplored after a visit away.
i'll put in links to the posts as they pop out.

here's the trip south, and here's monday  . .  and tuesday, and wednesday's morning swim and family visit.
