the gift of light
i thankfully hold
and pass to my neighbour
its shining gold
that everyone may
feel its glow,
receiving and giving
may love and grow.
when all our brothers
have lit their light
no more shall continue
the darkness of night:
but joyful all men
the message shall hear:
"the christ draws near!"

ReplyDeleteHappy Advent, Eva! I've been running last minute errands, and we've been cleaning around the apartment and getting Morgana's room ready for her. It had accumulated more boxes and bags . . ! Greg is very good at re-arranging piles in this small apartment! (Morgana arrives today, we're all very excited.)
