it was still cool this morning . . we didn't want to get out of bed, and i even put on the heat!!! maybe that's why we had cinnamon toast and soft boiled eggs for breakfast. it felt comforting.
morgana is still working on that greek timeline . . chanda is working on vedic math.
all of a sudden there is an abundance of bleeding hearts in the courtyard garden.
and the red tulips are up and almost ready to open.
You have egg cups! You are the first American family I have seen with egg cups!
ReplyDeletereally? we use our egg cups all the time!! i actually need some new ones. ours are all chipped. i love soft boiled eggs in my egg cup :)
DeleteWe bought our first ones in London, but now we have found a "local" store (1 hour away) that also sells them. I remember that all our American exchange students and Peter thought those egg cups were very bizarre.

DeleteDid you take down Chanda's video? It reminded me of videos Charlotte and Jonathan make. Peter could sympathize with Greg he said (although he didn't see the video). It caused me to have a dream about visiting your family and "touring" you apartment!! You had also invited a former exchange-student who lived with my family in Germany. He grew up in New York State and is now working with the State Department. I haven't heard from him in ages, but you invited him to see your apartment! Dreams are strange, don't you think so?
ReplyDeleteoh! that's so funny about your dream! yes, they are strange. they are especially strange when you dream about people you haven't seen in a long time and then suddenly you feel like you know them so well again . . but they haven't a clue! well, i do hope that some day you are here to tour the apartment . . :) it really won't take very long! it's quite small! and i need to put the movie back up . .
