life got back to normal this morning with a regular breakfast, including a treat from west 11th street cafe (pain au chocolate and apricot brioche).
and musical instrument practice.
after gardening, chanda and i went for a walk as it was so warm and beautiful out.
we walked to eataly to have a salad and espresso from our favorite espresso place . .
we also picked up delicious ricotta cheese ravioli with green peas and mint for dinner with sage and garlic . .
and a green salad with flower petals and fresh pear . .
I wonder what that young man was thinking while Chanda was drinking her espresso. (Was it decaf or the real thing?). So nice to have a routine again, isn't it? Ours won't be normal until the end of next week when the Seussical performance is. We did find the right costume pieces I believe (unless the teachers tell us otherwise). We stopped at a consignment store when coming back from the birding class.

DeleteNo, we have still until Thursday, but tomorrow they have rehearsal until 10:00 p.m. I think that that is way too late!
