we went out to brooklyn today for my friend's orchestra concert. we had some time beforehand to wander around the old neighborhood. we decided to visit cafe grumpy . . (i like the prince quote)

You have sunshine! I miss being able to go out for a coffee or something similar. The coffee shop on campus is closed during the summer. There is no other good place nearby. So I just have to remember California.

ReplyDeleteThat is sad that the coffee shop closes on campus. You'll have to ask the girls to play coffee shop with you and make up different names and menus each time. And make you little cups of coffee. Maybe you need a little Italian stove top coffee maker . . :O
We do have one for espresso, but we don't have espresso coffee right now. I should ask the girls if they want to do that. That would be fun. Miriam would want to drink it, though. She loves coffee, but does not get it regularly of course.
