today we picked up nana and nonno and visited the wells, shipman, ward house in glastonbury.
it was built in 1755 . .
it had a beautiful garden . .
and also a barn filled with tobacco growing memorabilia. i never knew it, but connecticut used to have a lot of tobacco farms.
it was a hot day so we moved rather slowly . . but it's been so nice being all together again.
