today was a happy day for me because chanda arrived in manchester for her royal ballet school audition without getting sick and losing her cookies or getting lost or missing a plane, train or automobile. i'm truly thankful for everyone's good wishes and prayers. she was also very happy with how it went and now all we can do is wait to see if she's invited to attend the final auditions . .

Just got a note from Chanda! I hope we can meet her on Sunday. There is a big demonstration on Saturday (against Trump!). We are going to avoid going downtown that day. Friday, the college students are coming. Tomorrow, Charlotte has an online literature class and the furnace guy is supposed to come. So Sunday is the best day for us.

ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how much protesting is going on. I'm going to a small demonstration at my local theatre, but Greg and Morgana will be attending the big March in Manhattan on Saturday. Korrina is working,and C is enjoying a sort of vacation :) Of course, there is the BIG BIG march on Washington too :) We know many people going there :)
