korrina and i met a cafe we hadn't been to before, the ivy cafe. we tried it because they weren't crowded and they had good looking pastries and coffee. while there we ran into a homeschooling friend we hadn't seen in several years (delfina). it was nice to catch up.
i'm trying to finish my grounded poncho by denise bayron, and korrina is almost finished with petite knit's sophie scarf/shawl.
(it was another grey day, but fortunately it didn't rain on us.)
walking past washington square . .

walking uptown with greg to our friend's gallery opening . .

it was so nice to see our friends and we hope to get together soon . . it's been awhile. i think we haven't gotten together since covid, 2020. i feel surprised to realize this . . i don't know how so much time could go by without visiting.
