janet and i took a walk to soho to try a new chocolate shop that opened a few months ago.
on their website they mention sourcing their cacoa beans directly from the farmer, but i'm unable to see where these farmers are. it's possible that the name of the different cacoa beans are mentioned in the shop. i'll have to check next time i go.
we did a "flight" of three different levels (lighter to darker chocolate). i have to say, i did prefer the lighter and sweeter chocolate!
it was delicious and very filling. i didn't even finish my last cup. i did bring it home with me! i thought i could add some milk and maybe a little sugar tomorrow.
the space was really lovely, especially since they have a skylight which really brightens it up.
